In order to ensure your appointment is held, a deposit of $25 is required. 

While I don't have an office space currently, I am ready to offer my psychotherapy services on-line and by telephone. With 3 days notice, I can secure office space in Boulder or Longmont, Colorado to give you a bodywork session. 

Please note that all first-time sessions with new psychotherapy clients will be scheduled for 90 minutes, unless otherwise arranged.

Cash, check, Venmo, and all Visa or MasterCard credit cards accepted for payment. 

Insurance

I am now an associate with Sondermind, providing psychotherapy on a virtual platform. I can see you via Sondermind https://www.sondermind.com and accept the following insurance policies: Aetna-Colorado, Anthem Colorado, Bright Health, Cigna, Friday Health Plans, Kaiser Permanente, Humana Medicare Advantage, Medicare, Optum, United Health Plans, Lucent Health, TriWest, and Apostrophe. 

As I am a licensed and insured psychotherapist in Colorado, I am also able to provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance carrier in order for you to request reimbursement for my services. You would pay me, and I would give you a superbill, which is a receipt of services rendered. You then submit that to insurance and your insurance reimburses you. Check with your insurance company about reimbursement. Each insurance company has their own submission process, and you can usually find this information on your insurance company's website. 

I do not accept insurance for massage therapy/bodywork at this time.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, I request that you pay 50% of the fee for that time.
